Kavanaugh in flames
Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court is in flames.
Only days before the scheduled Senate vote, a law professor from California, Christine Blasey Ford, came forward to accuse Kavanaugh of attempting to rape her in high school. In today’s episode of the UnPresidented podcast, Cliff and I walk you through Judge Kavanaugh’s MeToo moment, why Dr. Ford’s charges appear credible, and why Kavanaugh ought to be increasingly worried that his near-certain seat on the court is quickly slipping away.
